Toulouse and Dému: Very successful parts of bingo
The popularity of bingo, whether online bingo or live bingo, continues to grow. Indeed, most bingo games held in recent months have all been of great success. In Toulouse, the Restos du cur brought together 1,400 participants in the bingo they held this Sunday in the Parc des expositions of Toulouse. Bingo for schools: The appointment of all parents

Mohamed Ali Houssam: The new title holder of the WPT Marrakesh
The 3,000 main event of the WPT Marrakech 2011 ended Sunday with the victory of Mohamed Ali Houssam during the final table composed of great players such as the French No 1 Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier. At this event, the Casino Es Saadi of Marrakesh hosted 274 players creating a prizepool of 715,000. But on the third day of the poker tournament, only 9 players were qualified for the final table: Mohamed Ali Houssam, Jonathan Duhamel, Hassan Fares, Toufik Ouirini, Arnaud Mattern, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier, Rodney Assous, Maksim Martynov and Sébastien Ta. The final table was marked by a hot confrontation but after a few hands, Sebastien Ta falls at the ninth place followed by ElkY. The two players eaved the tournament with 21,173 and 23,203 in prize money. Jonathan Duhamel follows the trend after having been eliminated by Maksim Martynov who collected then 2.5 million chips. Rodney Assous was ousted in the sixth place ( 31,232) followed shortly after by Hassan Fares ( 38,540) and Arnaud Mattern in fourth place ( 52,740) on the 27th level of play.

Macau Pro Am Open: A very big tournament for 2013
Macao, the Chinese city of gambling, will be the host of a major poker event in spring 2013. Global Poker Index: Failla accesses to the Top 10

Digoin, Chassy and Gergy: Full house for bingo

WPT Jacksonville: The Main Event won by Ruberto
The World Poker Tour Jacksonville ended and close its door with the victory of Anthony Ruberto. WPT Jacksonville: The six final table players known
The Day 3 of the WPT Jacksonville began with 42 survivors of the previous day. During this day, all the poker players gave the best of themselves to qualify for the final table that will have only 6 seats. After several hours of competition, therefore, the six players qualified for the final of the World Poker Tour Jacksonville are finally known : Darryll Fish, Anthony Ruberto, Sam Soverel, Vitor Coelho, Artie Rodriguez and Lisa Hamilton. Hamilton is the only woman player qualified and as reminder, she already has a WSOP Ladies Event bracelet and finished in the fifth position of the Caribbean Adventure 2010. Hold'em Series ACF: Julien Jolivet in the top of the podium
The edition 2011 of the Hold'em Series ACF tournament took place in the poker room of the Aviation Club de France from November 11 to 20. The 3,000 Main Event buy-in gathered 117 players this time generating a prize pool of 335,205. This field was composed of a few top players like Stéphane Benadiba, Marc Trijaud, Adrien Allain, Marc Inizan and Paul Pires Trigo. These professional players however failed to reach the final table but got all a reward by accessing to the money list. Note that they were respectively classified at the 10th, 12th, 15th, 16th and 17th place. After days of competition full of action, the tournament finally ended with the victory of Julien Jolivet.

WPT Jacksonville - Day 2: 42 survivors, Coelho as leader
After the two entries full of surprises of the first day, the Main Event of the World Poker Tour Jacksonville (WPT) continues with the 168 survivors at the entrance of Day 2. This day was a day of luck for some players but also made the misfortune of others. Of the 393 qualified from Day 1 so, they were only 42 qualified players at the entrance of Day 3 to fight for the six seats at the final table. After the six levels of 90 minutes, Victor Coelho had less than a million chips after winning nearly 1,080,000 chips face to Joel Schmidt. Coelho also eliminated during this race Schmidt and also Jeff Forrest and became the chipleader of Day 2 of this poker tournament by accumulating a stack of 945,000 chips. Connor Drinan holds the second place in chip count with a big gap of 340,000 tokens (605,000) followed by Alexander Venovski with 592,500 chips.

Bingo: Full house for Brissac and Saint-Sulpice clubs
Bingo is part of French daily amusement and this since a very long time especially for the elderly. In the department of Maine-et-Loire, the town of Brissac hosted last Thursday, November 17 a bingo event organized for members of the Âge d'or brissagnol. This meeting was a success for the club as a large part of the members came to participate. Indeed, more than 30 bingo fans were there to try their luck. The lucky ones walked away with great prizes but in the end, all the players in the room won a consolation prize donated by local nurseries Michel and Elena. As bingo is also a moment of conviviality that also means sharing, players also shared a tropézienne cake prepared by a local baker at the end of the lottery. Bradenton: Hold up in a bingo hall
On the evening of Sunday, a bingo hall located in the city of Bradenton, in Manatee County, Florida was the victim of a robbery. Indeed, three gunmen entered in the Orange Blossom Plaza Bingo at around 11:00 p.m. They threatened the three people present at the scene at the time when the incident took place and they required the money. Fortunately no one was injured. But the bandits run away with huge sums of money which amount has not yet been revealed. After pocketing their loot, they fled on foot. Several units of the Manatee County Sherriff's Office (MCSO) hunted the bandits but they failed to stop them. As a reminder, this bingo hall houses 84 machines and attract many enthusiasts who come to play there on weekends or evenings.

WPT Jacksonville Day 1B: Vedes chipleader at the entrance of the Main Event Day 2
The World Poker Tour Jacksonville (WPT) began last Friday, November 18 with 393 registered players at the end of Day 1 of the $ 3,500 buy-in Main Event. The Day 1A saw the participation of 188 players while Day 1B gathered more participants : 205 players. This number of participants generated a prize pool of $ 1,277,250 shared by the top 40 players who acceded the money list. Of the 393 entrants of the first day divided into two stages, only 168 players had their chance to continue the adventure and claim the title and $ 325,928 reserved for the winner. The first entry in this Main Event of the WPT in Jacksonville was marked by the elimination of the American Jason Mercier. And to everyone's surprise, this player didn't joined the Orange Park Kennel Club on Saturday for Day 1B. At the end of the day, Tommy Vedes takes the chip lead, pocketing 209,200 chips.

EPT Loutraki: Zimnan Ziyard, a name to remember
The first edition of the European Poker Tour Loutraki (EPT) has just ended and crowned as champion the Englishman Zimnan Ziyard. They were 336 players who participated in this first transit of the tournament in Greece. Although some top players such as David Vamplev, Kevin MacPhee and Rupert Elder were present in the starting field, none of them managed to reach the final table. Champion of the EPT San Remo, Rupert Elder was eliminated at the 13th place after leading a hectic battle against the champion of the tournament. This confrontation allowed Zimnan Ziyard to win the title of chipleader on the final table. Gradually, therefore, that player still unknown to poker enthusiasts traced his way to victory that allowed him to win a gain of 347,000.

Nations Cup: London to host the first competition

Fundraising: Charolles in France and Doncaster, England held their bingo
For years, bingo is a game that allows villagers and friends to gather around balls and full bingo cards. Bingo is a popular event appreciated by fans because of its rewards but it's also a very good initiative for those who want to give something for someone who need it. This is the case of bingo organized by the association of home care in Charolles, held in the township hall of Vendenesse-lès-Charolles, Bourgogne region, France. Compared to previous events, this new edition has seen a slight drop in participation but still gather more than 200 people. EPT Loutraki - Day 1: German players in the top rankings
The Day 1A of the European Poker Tour Loutraki (EPT) has been dominated by the German Julian Herold on the 145 registered players for the day. During the day of Wednesday, the Day 1B, 191 players gathered at the Club Hotel Casino Loutraki to qualify for Day 2. On this day, another German reached also the first place in terms of chip count : Mario Puccini. Many world class players were registered for day 1B, like Marvin Rettenmaier, Toni Judet, Johnny Lodden, Peter Staudacher, Koen Visscher, Kevin MacPhee, Charalampos Tsaoussis, Arnaud Mattern, Paul Knebel, Vanessa Rousso and also Eugene Katchalov but in the end, it was the German Herold and Puccini who dominated the first day of the EPT Loutraki with 138,425 and 159,150 chips. The Day 1 of this Greek stage had then a total of 336 enrolled players.

World Poker Tour: The 2nd part of the program 2012 published
The second part of the schedule of the World Poker Tour 2012 has just been revealed. In total, the 10th season will have 21 stages taking place in many cities around the world. As novelty, the organizers added additional steps during the season 2012. The next stage of the tournament will be the WPT Marrakesh that will be held from November 24 to 27 which main event is available for 3,000. EPT Loutraki: Julian Herold as chipleader of Day 1A
The European Poker Tour season 8 continues its tour in Greece after the first stage in Italy as part of the EPT San Remo. Club Hotel Casino Loutraki, Greece received the first day of the poker tournament with a Main Event of 4,400. Day 1A brought together 145 players but at the end of the day, only 102 players were qualified for Day 2. After a few hours of game having seven levels, the German Julian Herold is currently holding the chip lead. Throughout the day, Julian Herold and the American Mclean Karr, already holder a WPT title dominated the game by winning a respective stack of 138,425 and 103,100 chips. Karr won the majority of his chips face to Tolly Sakellariou. In addition to the qualified players for the Day 2, the EPT Loutraki was also marked by the elimination of many players like Martin Horecki, Brandon Cantu, Dominik Nitsche, Fernando Brito and Richard Toth.

Town of Tavel: A bingo for the benefit of disabled on November 20

Lorient: Six months suspended prison sentence for an organizer of illegal bingo
After his appearance in the court of Lorient, France, the director of a limited liability company located in the pontibyenne region was sentenced to six months suspended imprisonment followed by a fine of 5,000 for having organized illegal bingo. According to the prosecutors, the manager of the company held 358 bingos in three years, without making any tax return. Yet, according to the law of May 21, 1936, the organization of a bingo is governed by laws of shows except for associations. Thus, the organizers are required to make a statement of benefits. At his hearing, the manager of the company denied the accusation and said he acted as a simple facilitator rather than an organizer. He also revealed that bingo games were organized by the associations.

Master Classics of Poker 2011: The local player David Boyaciyan won the title
The 21st edition of the famous European tournament Master Classics of Poker that was held in the poker room of Holland Casino Amsterdam had just ended. Opened for a buy-in of 5,250, the event brought together 294 players composed of many professionals of poker. But at the end of the competition, the trophy went back in the hands of a local player named David Boyaciyan. EPT Loutraki: The first edition begins this Tuesday, November 15

Global Poker Index: Bertrand Grospellier moved up to the second position
The last update of the international ranking of poker, Global Poker Index (GPI), lead to a big change. Indeed, the French number one, Bertrand Grospellier holder of 2,509.48 points was able to access to the second position, surpassing Jason Mercier, who is ranked third and Eugene Katchalov (4th). Partouche Poker Tour: Sam Trickett wins the title 2011
The Partouche Poker Tour (PPT) finally designated its champion after the shifted final table, which started last Saturday, November 12. UK: A man charged for illegal sale of a bingo site data
Marc Ben-Ezra, a former employee of a company of online-gambling of Finchley, UK, sold the personal data of 65,000 players of online bingo. It is a violation of the Article 55 of the Act on the protection of confidential information of players. The crime was discovered last May when Marc Ben-Ezra sent a series of emails to operators of gambling site in the UK under the pseudonym of Malcolm Edwards. These mails contain personal data of some members of the gambling site that employed him. And following an investigation, it was discovered that Ben-Ezra effectively sold 65,000 personal data for a sum of £ 1,700. WSOPC Biloxi: Won by Jerry Monroe
After a few days of confrontation, the World Series of Poker Circuit finished with the coronation of Jerry Monroe after a Day 2 and Day 3 full of suspense and surprise. WPT Amneville: A well deserved victory for Adrien Allain
Already victorious during the Asia Poker Tour Macau in 2009, Adrien Allain signed another triumph during the World Poker Tour Amnéville (WPT) which took place in the poker room of Seven Casino. WSOP Circuit Biloxi: Charley Leroi dominated the first day
The Main Event of the World Series of Poker Circuit Biloxi (WSOPC) started last weekend with the participation of many players who came there to compete for one of the WOSPC 2011-2012 bracelets. The second day of Main Event of the World Poker Tour Amnéville (WPT) ended with the domination of Marvin Rettenmaier. At the entrance of this day, 219 players from Day 1A and Day 1B joined the Seven Casino for Day 2, but after thirteen levels of play, only 77 players were qualified for the next round. The German Marvin Rettenmaier is at the head of the ranking of chip count at the beginning of Day 3 with 455,800 chips. French players also achieved a good performance during this tournament at home with Simon Vitali (433,000) and Nesrine Kourdourli (431,000), occupying respectively, the second and third in the standings.

WSOP November Nine: The concept will be reorganized in 2012
The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is probably one of the biggest live poker tournaments in the international level. For four years now, the organizers of this tournament reported for three months the qualification phase and the Main Event final. Indeed, the first part takes place in July while the final table is held in November, that's why the name "November Nine." Established in 2008, this concept of shift was planned to create a buzz but also to allow players to prepare mentally and financially during the three months break. But since a few time, the desired effect does not seem to pay off. Faced with this lack of impact, it may be that the November Nine concept could be abandoned from 2012.

WPT World Poker Finals: Victory of Daniel Santoro
Having gathered 189 players who paid a buy-in of $ 10,000 generating a prize pool of $ 1,778,300, the World Poker Tour World Poker Finals (WPT) ended with a victory of the American Daniel Santoro. Online poker: Fraud on tables of High Stakes
Once again, a new act of cheating occurred in the world of online poker. According to several sources, a German player from Munich, named Maximilian Ashkar, scammed successfully many players on cash game tables high limits. Arjel: Favourable for the change in the tax base in France

WPT Amnéville: Rigollet as leader of Day 1B
After the first two days of the World Poker Tour Amnéville (WPT), the 3,500 buy-in tournament continues with 219 players qualified for Day 2. The WPT Amnéville Day 1 was marked by the ruling of French players. Indeed of the 176 players present at the beginning of the first day (Day 1A), it was Nicolas Babel who emerged ahead of the 114 survivors of the day after eight levels of play of one hour on Day 1B, Jean-François Rigollet takes the head of the chip count on the 203 participants of the day. Only 105 players had their tickets for Day 2 so, they can join the 114 survivors of Day 1A to reduce the number of the remaining players to 219 players. Irish Winter Festival: Victory of John Keown
After three days of competition, John Keown grabbed the trophy of the Irish Winter Festival which took place in the poker room of the Burlington Hotel in Dublin. This tournament of 1,100 buy-in was attended by 395 players. During the third day of competition, there were only 12 players in competition and Noel O'Brien was the chipleader with 882,000 chips in hand while the champion held the 5 th place with 581,500 chips. After the elimination of Keith Maguire, Niall Smyth and John Robert for the 12th, 11th and 10th place, the final table between the 9 remaining players began. Throughout the game, O'Brien continued to dominate the game and even during the final duel, which opposed him to Keown, he held an advantage in chips. This head's up lasted about an hour and after the meeting, Keown was finally the best and win the event with a reward of 100,000. With this victory, John Keown has currently $ 250,000 winnings in live tournament.

Sky Poker Tour: Mariusz Srok winner of the first stage
The 4th season of the tournament Sky Poker Tour (SPT) started as promised and the first stage held in the poker room of Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club has already delivered its results. In fact, 200 players were registered for the main event of £ 220 buy-in of the first stage of this SPT and at the end of the competition, the victory went to Mariusz Srok. It's his first victory in a live tournament and he qualified in a satellite tournament of £ 5. So it must be said that luck accompanied him during this adventure. WPT Amneville: Nicolas Babel as chip leader
The qualifying first day of the World Poker Tour Amnéville (WPT) has already delivered its verdict. There were 176 players who participated in the Main Event Day 1A of 3,500 buy-in held in the poker room of Seven Casino Amneville. A considerable reduction peak was observed because last year, the same day of competition brought together 546 participants. Income tax: Professional poker players in France would pay it soon
Taxation of online poker could, by the end of the year, know for the first time a tax return and payment of income tax for French poker players. Indeed, paying taxes according to his poker winnings is certainly what French 'professional' poker players should do if we read the formal assessment report of the Government through which the Minister of Budget, Valérie Pécresse, said clearly her intention to impose professional poker players on their income from poker. WPT Foxwoods Poker Finals: Brackesy leads at the start of the final table
The WPT Foxwoods Poker Finals is currently in its last day during which the survivors of the first five days will meet on the final table to hope to win a WPT bracelet. There were only eight players in the title race but the day was as reminder very short with only 48 hands and after only two hours of play, the six last players for the televised final table were finally known. At the entrance of Day 5 of this poker tournament, Bob Carbone and Eli Berg were the two players in a bad position in terms of chip count with only 263,000 and 227,000 chips but at the end of the game, they created a surprise by ending 4th and 5th of the chip count at the entrance pf the final table. The bubble-boy of the tournament are Chris Klodnicki and Jonathan Little while at the beginning of the fourth day, they occupied a prominent place with respectively stacks of 534,000 and 504,000 chips.

Marrakesh: The WPT promises a nice program from November 23
The program that the World Poker Tour (WPT) prepared during its stage in Morocco, in Marrakesh, from November 23 to 27 promises to be rich and diverse. WPT Amneville: Launching of the edition 2011!
Until November 6, the department of Lorraine, in France, specifically the city of Amnéville will for the second consecutive year receive the World Poker Tour (WPT). If this world tour led by Matt Savage renewed confidence with this French stage, it's because the tournament was a great success last year and this new edition, among the step of the season X, will not certainly fail to please to poker enthusiasts around the Hexagon and the whole of Europe. Irish Winter Poker Festival: Rudling dominates the Day 1
In Great Britain, the big poker tournament of this month is the Irish Winter Poker Festival which is held in Dublin (Ireland) at Burlington Hotel. The main event of this tournament which was opened with a buy-in of 1,000 + 100 brought together a field of 395 players. The 135 players in this field are the survivors of satellite and super satellite that took place the day before the Main Event (October 29). Of the 395 enrolled on Day 1, there were only 121 players qualified for Day 2. At the end of Day 1, its the Irish David Rudling who occupied the place of chipleader with over 170,000 chips on the table. Behind Rudling and and his big stack, we find John Keown (126,900), Mark Reilly (125,200), Matej Kokalj (122,200), Raigo Aasmaa (122,000), Philip Peters (116,900), Niall Smyth (114,300 ), Gerald David (108,800), Michael Mazilu (108,300) and Ciaran Taggart (100,700) who complete the Top 10.

WPT World Poker Finals: Christian Harder in the way for the title
The Season 10 of the World Poker Tour (WPT) continues its tour after the stage in Malta which took place last September. On Friday, October 28, Foxwood Resort Casino in Mashantucket, United States hosted the WPT World Poker Finals. The $ 10,000 Main Event of the tournament attracted 189 players at the opening of the first day. This number of participants generated a prize pool of $ 1,778,300; the sum of $ 450,000 is for the winner. Since the opening of the tournament, 189 registered players fought to qualify for the final table. Last Sunday, at the end of Day 3, there were only 27 players to continue the competition for the title of the WPT World Poker Finals with Andy Frankenberger as chipleader.

November: Many interesting live poker tournaments in the calendar
The major event of the month of November is probably the WSOP November Nine to be held in Las Vegas from November 6 to 7 at the Rio Casino. But alongside this event, the month of November meant to be very rich in tournament both on the international scene or in France. In France, the Seven Casino of Amnéville will host the WPT Amnéville from November 1st to 6. The Main Event is open for 3,500 with a televised final table. ARJEL: New measures to limit the addiction
Online poker experienced a real success in France since the opening of the market of online gambling. Thus, to reduce the risk of addiction in France, the Regulatory Authority of Online Game (ARJEL) decided to take a new action against operators of poker but also for players. Indeed, the ARJEL announced the limitation of maximum bonus that operators of online poker could award to players by limiting it to 500 with a minimum of 90 days. The financial reward offered should not exceed 100% of the deposit. The number of players that can be sponsored by a registered player on the same poker website shouldnt exceed the number of 5 per month. Finally, the bonus that players receive after a loss is now prohibited.

EPT San Remo: Andrey Pateychuk won the trophy
Despite the presence of many good poker players on the final table of the European Poker Tour San Remo (EPT), Andrey Pateuchuk, finally win this circuit with a fain of 680,000 and a precious bracelet. It must be said that luck was on his side more as well as the young champion celebrated at the same time his 22nd birthday. Note that this is his first major title after his 15 th place at the World Series of Poker 2011, and Pateychuk's career is in the way to start and to take off. After the elimination of Neilson in the third place, a duel that confront Pateuchuk and Dimitar Danchev which lasted about three hours took place in the poker room of Casino San Remo. And at the end of the meeting, the 22-years Russian was declared winner. The two opponents of this final heads'up signed a deal about the sharing of the prize. Thus, the runner up who is a cash game specialist left with a gain of 600,000.
