Victory of Wawrinka at Roland Garros, Djoko loses his third final
The weekend was very busy for lovers of sports betting, Saturday with the holding of the Champions League final which ended with the victory of FC Barcelona on Juventus (3-1) and Sunday with the final of Roland- Garros. After the soccer of the previous evening, enthusiasts have bet on Sunday on the tennis match between Novak Djokovic and Stanislas Wawrinka. Djokovic was the favorite of the meeting, but his defeat in four sets (4-6, 6-4, 6-3, 6-4) surprised the spectators and those who placed online betting on the game. Indeed, the Serbian seemed to dominate the match after having won the first leg, but he was in trouble against the Swiss because it took him 43 minutes to win the first set.
Wawrinka reversed the match from the second set to win in 3 hours 12 minutes of play. The Serbian acknowledged the superiority of Wawrinka during this final without wanting to look for excuses. The Swiss put again an end to Djokovic dream of winning the grand slam in Paris. Djoko has indeed lost his third final at Roland Garros and offers his opponent, who admits to having played the game of his life, a second grand slam title after the Australian Open in 2014. After this adventure on Paris clay, enthusiasts of bets look forward to June 29, start of the lawn tennis tournament at Wimbledon.
