Warriors win the Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals - NBA
Since Tuesday evening, the NBA became the most followed event by online betting enthusiasts. Indeed, the championship began the first playoff semi-final that opposed the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets. The Warriors won during this Game 1match of the Western Conference Finals (110-106), suspense game that undoubtedly delighted bettors. The match lived up all the expectations because both franchises were not willing to let go as evidenced by the comeback of the Warriors in the third quarter time after having suffered a -16 (33-49) in the 17th minute. If the exit of Dwight Howard following a shock with his teammate Josh Smith had handicapped Houston, we can say that the credit goes to the leaders of the Warriors. If Shaun Livingston has allowed his teammates to catch their opponent from -16 to -4 in just in 4 minutes, Stephen Curry made his show (35 pts, 6 rebounds, 5 wt).
Golden State regained the lead after the return from the locker room, but Houston did not let go with James "The Beard" Harden. Beard ended the match in a unit of a triple double (28 pts, 11 rebounds, 9 wt), but it was not enough to worry the guys of Steve Kerr. Two minutes from the end, Golden State had 11-point lead (108-97). Houston returned to a possession (108-106) at 16 seconds of the buzzer. Curry managed to succeed his two free throws while Harden missed his three-point shot at the buzzer for the win.
