Already 100,000 visitors in six months at the Lac du Der Casino
In six months of operation, the Lac du Der Casino, in France keeps its promises with 100,000 visitors. The JOA casino is a very important tourist center of the Champagne-Ardenne region. Located on the edge of lake Der, the casino is an investment of € 7.5 million. When it opened last December, the establishment offered 75 slots, two blackjack tables and English roulette. According to the CEO of Joa Group, Laurent Lassiaz, the facility became an actor of local life alongside the three ports labeled "blue flag" around the lake. The new president of the institution Philippe Fascella who replaced Philippe Bois two months earlier said that the situation is exceptional and it’s the result of the novelty effect in Giffaumont-Champaubert and the region.
Since the opening of JOA Lac du Der casino in December 2, 2014, the gambling room attracted 100,000 visitors. During the first months of operation, the facility hosted more than 20,000 people. Over the past six months, the JOA club registered 15,000 more people who are loyal customers of the casino. The gambling industry is the main attraction of the casino, but other sources of entertainment are also available there in addition to the game room. Indeed, the JOA Lac du Der casino also has a restaurant with bar, three terraces and a theater. The terraces offer a view on the lake Der.
