Here is a look at the best events for August - Poker Tournaments in Europe
Fans of poker in Europe will be spoilt with a series of stunning festivals this summer. On the menu are interesting tournaments that will land in the most beautiful destination spots across the continent. First among them is the Italian Poker Tour (IPT), an action-packed poker tournament to be held at the Casino de la Vallée in Saint-Vincent (Italy) from July 30 to August 3. The schedule include a number of highlights, namely the 1,100 buy-in IPT Main Event and the 2,200 buy-in High Roller. After this Italian escapade, head straight to Cyprus with the second must-attend festival, the Cyprus Poker Festival. It will take place from August 4 to 12. It also gives players a great opportunity to refuel themselves on the islands fine-sandy beaches while part taking in a competition with guarantee-busting prize pool. The festival will take place at the Kaya Artemis Resort & Casino in Bafra (North Cyprus). The Main Event which is accessible for 1,500 of entry-fee will be played from August 7 to 10. It guarantees 1,000,000 of prize pool.
After the Cyprus Poker Festival, take a flight to the UK and participate in the United Kingdom & Ireland Poker Tour Bristol (UKIPT Bristol). Rainbow Casino is playing host to the battle from August 6 to 9. The schedule is endowed with 12 events including a £ 770 buy-in Main Event, as well as an enticing £ 2,200buy-in High Roller. Alongside this tournament, playing the World Poker Tour National Rozvadov at the King's Casino in the Czech Republic is also worth it. The battle is scheduled from August 7 to 10. The 1,100 buy-in WPT National Rozvadov Main Event which guarantees 200,000 of prize money, along with the 2,000 buy-in 8-Max Pot Limit Omaha High Roller are among the highlights. And last but not the least, the inaugural stop of the 2015 European Poker Tour (EPT) to be held in Barcelona (Spain) is a must-attend festival too. From August 18 to 30, it run a series of events in conjunction with the Estrellas Poker Tour.
