Blake Bohn claimed his 2nd MSPT title - 2015 Mid-States Poker Tour Meskwaki
After finishing 23rd-place in the 2015 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event, talented poker pro Bohn Blake has just set the whole 2015 Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) Meskwaki alight by winning the trophy. With this smashing victory, he has two MSPT titles in his win-filled resumé and now joins the big names circle with multiple MSPT titles. Besides, the freshly-acquired trophy propels him on top of the current MSPT Season 6 Player of the Year ranking. May we remind you that the final table of the poker tournament saw a number of tour champions in attendance, the likes of the former MSPT Running Aces champ Dave Gonia and MSPT Canterbury winner Peixin Liu.
Tough as the race was, every participant entered the game with a big aim set at the title. They all battled it out in a fast-paced action. Rob Wazwaz was the first final-tablist to hit the rail. Then Phil Mader, James Wilson, Ryan Delorme, Jim Boone, David Gonia and Liu joined the bench there-after. Fallen to 3rd-place, Greg Gatess elimination paved the way to a knotty Blake Bohn Vs Justin Thurlow heads-up. Thurlow adopted an aggressive playing style in the ultimate battle but... in vain. Unsuccessful, Thurlow was sent to the runner-up rail for $ 58,442. The winner, Blake Bohn, for his part, was awarded the top prize of $ 275,277. His overall career cashes are now amounted to $ 2,3142,339.00. It is still worth noting that Mark Sandness, Angelina Rich and Tom Hammers were among the notables who finished In The Money in this 2015 MSPT Meskwaki Main Event.
