The Finale will be played in Sao Paulo from November 25 - LAPT Season VIII
The long-awaiting Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT) Season 8 Grand Final will heat up the whole Sao Paulo, Brazil from November 25 to December 3. It will be held in conjunction with the Brazil Series of Poker (BSOP) Millions. In fact, the two poker tournaments have just come up with a new collaboration to jointly run a one-of-a-kind festival featuring 32 attractive events of various buy-ins. The developers of both tours will join forces to offer an exceptional schedule from which they hope to hit a record-breaking attendance rate. Boasting itself as the biggest poker series in Latin America, the BSOP Millions contribution in this festival makes the whole schedule special. Actually, 15,000 players part took in the tour last year, 2,749 of whom registered in the Main Event. It was Wilson Calixto who wrapped up the event for a whopping first-place prize of $ 416,168.
The top highlights in the schedule are the R$ 10,000 buy-in LAPT Grand Final Main Event to take place from November 25 to 29, and the BSOP Millions Main Event of R $ 3,000 of entry-fee to be held from November 27 to December 3. The menu also includes a series of online satellites and qualifiers to those two highlights. The Brazilian football star Neymar Jr will be in attendance. Poker enthusiasts who will make the trip to Sao Paulo will also be given opportunities to play Pot-Limit Omaha Courchevel, Seniors Event, no-limit hold'em six-max, a no-limit hold'em Survivor Event and lots more. Pending this great festival, the LAPT invites poker lovers with another stop in Uruguay from September 18 to 22, 2015.
