10 Bracelet Events on the schedule - WSOP-Europe Berlin 2015
As expected, the Europe leg of the World Series of Poker 2015 (WSOP) will take place in Berlin from October 8 to 24. Spielbank Berlin will play host to this poker event. In alternation with the WSOP Asia-Pacific, The WSOP-Europe Berlin will be run every two years with much more bracelets to be won this year: 10 golden bracelets will be awarded in this 17-days first ever WSOP-Europe Berlin festival. Recall that 3 bracelets were distributed at the WSOP-Europe 2007, 4 in 2008 and 2009, 5 in 2010, 7 in 2011 and 2012, and 8 in the 2010 WSOP-Europe Enghien-les-Bains.
All tournaments on the menu are tagged from 550 to 25,600 of entry-fee. To enable everyone to squeeze in, many of these tournaments, namely the Main Event and High Roller events, have some satellites that allow participants to qualify at a lower buy-in. Here is a glance at the full schedule: 2,200 Six-Handed (Event # 1), 550 Oktoberfest (Event # 2), 3,250 PLO Eight-Handed (Event # 3), 1,650 Monster Stack (Event # 4), 2,200 Mixed Event (Event # 5), 3,250 NLHE (Event # 6), 550 PLO (Event #7), 1,100 Turbo (Event # 8), 10,450 High Roller (Event # 9) and the 25,600 buy-in Main Event. Expectedly, the High Roller will generate a craze among high-profile WSOP-Europe regulars and stars of poker in this festival. Of course, these Side Events are sure to attract as many participants as in the previous edition. Both the Main event and the High Roller will be TV aired on ESPN in the United States and on Sport1 in Germany, while the other events will be broadcasted on live streaming, on the web.
