The 2015 schedule now unveiled - Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open
The Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open (SHRPO) has established itself as a poker event of reference in Florida. It was a great success two years ago with its $ 10 million Prize Pool Guarantee. It actually attracted 2,384 participants with Blair Hinkle claiming the win for a whopping $ 1,745,245. The SHRPO poker tournament is back this year with a truly new look. It will be held from July 30 to August 19, 2015. The Main Event will be accessible for $ 5,250 of buy-in and guarantees $ 5 million prize pool. Structured as a freezout event, the single-entry 2015 SHRPO Main Event promises to be a tough one. According to the General Manager of Poker Operations for Seminole Gaming, Larry Frank, the 2015 SHRPO will enable participants to revive an exceptional poker experience.
Interestingly, the schedule includes the first-ever SHRPOs four-event finals. All of them will be televised in early 2016, namely the $ 5,250 of buy-in Main Event, the $ 25,000 High Roller, the $ 2,500 and the $ 1,100 buy-in Side Events. All along the show, Phil Hellmuth will ensure the hosting and commentary of the these four poker battles. Note that interested participants can head straight to Seminole Hard Rock & Casino in Florida to register themselves for the 2015 SHRPO race in early July. Needless to say, five Seminole gaming Properties will parallelingly run satellite events, namely at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, Seminole Casino Brighton and Seminole Casino Immokalee. And last but not the least, the Charity Series of Poker (CSOP) is listed on the 2015 SHRPO menu, a $ 300 buy-in poker charity event that will benefit two charity foundations, the Habitat for Humanity International and Habitat for Humanity of Broward.
