The Season 3 is landing in St. Louis - Hollywood Poker Open
The season 3 of the Hollywood Poker Open keeps rolling this week with a regional stop in Missouri. Hollywood Casino is hosting this 10-days HPO Regional St. Louis festivity that features 36 poker events from April 16 to 26. Amateur or professional player, everyone can join the feast for a buy-in accessible from $ 125. And if you are planing to part take in the Main Event, youd better have $ 1,115 in your pocket. The HPO Main Event will kick off this Saturday April 25. It promises to be exceptional this year since a record-breaking attendance is expected to jam in the poker room of St. Louiss Hollywood Casino, all to defeat reigning champ Chris Moneymaker. Ambassador of the HPO, Moneymaker is, as a reminder, a highly-recognized icon of the industry since his 2003 World Series of Poker win. Needless to say, the success of the seasons first 4 legs is a promising sign for a massive participation.
May we remind you that the HPO Lawrenceburg was the kick-off event of this ongoing season. It was won by Jesse McEuen for $ 49,676. Charles Maxcy, for his part, emerged victorious of the HPO Toledo, the 2nd stop, for $ 37,465. As for Donald McArthur, he sealed the win at the HPO Tunica for $ 17,100, followed by Steven Gurney-Goldman who claimed the freshly-concluded HPO Regional Grantville title for $ 29,342. Alongside the Main Event, a wide choice of low buy-in events is included on the schedule. Some are accessible from $ 125. Among them are a Senior Event, a NLH Deepstack, a PLO, a Pot Limit High, a Ladies Event, a H.O.R.S.E, and the list goes on.
