Another WPT title for Anthony Zinno - WPT Fallsview Poker Classic
The Boston native of 33, Anthony Zinno, emerged victorious of the WPT Fallsview Poker Classic 2015 Main Event, a poker festivity held from February 7 to 16 in the poker room of Niagara Falls Casino, Ontario (Canada). Zinno actually wrapped the event up by adding a second WPT title to his career achievement. As a reminder, Zinno set the whole Atlantic City alight in September 2013 by winning the WPT Borgata Poker Open Main Event. Thanks to these two WPT trophies, the Boston-based talented poker player now secures No.1 on the provisional WPT Player Of the Year rankings. Of course, Anthony is not the only one who wins two WPT titles; his feat is ranked 21st on th diary of WPT circuit.
For his stunning WPT Fallsview Poker Classic Main Event win, Anthony Zinno has also been awarded a ticket of $ 15,400, an additional prize that allows him to take part in the WPT World Championship scheduled on February 28 to March 5 in Los Angeles. May we remind you that the Maint Event played at Niagara Falls Casino was a No Limit Hold'em tournament. The festival attracted a modest field of 419 players on Day 1, including those qualified via satellites. This WPT stop in Canada was also marked by the arrest of the chip leader at the final table, Harnam Singh Matharu. He is believed to be involved in a black market ticket sales. Despite the incident, Matharu would walk away with CAD $ 88.189 of prize.
