The Season 8s schedule unveiled - Latin American Poker Tour
The Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT) reaches its eighth season this year. Without a single doubt, the circuit has grown popularity among poker communities in Latin America. As mentioned on the freshly published schedule, the LAPT Season 8 includes six enticing stops, including the LAPT Grand Final in Brazil. Note that the season has already started in early January with the freshly-completed LAPT Bahamas Main Event held in the poker room of Atlantis Resort, a poker festivity ran alongside the 12th annual PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA). May we remind you that Joshua Kay bested the massive 736-player field of this $ 3,000 buy-in event to earn $ 367,928 of the $ 1.9 million prize pool. He beat the European Poker Tour Prague Season 8 champion, Martin Finger, after a hard-boiled heads-up.
After the Bahamas, the Latin American Poker Tour will make another stop in Chile for the LAPT Chile from March 6th to 10th at the Enjoy Casino de Vina del Mar. The season 8 continues with the LAPT Panama at Veneto Hotel and Casino, Panama City from May 8 to 12. Then the circuit will land in Lima, Peru, for the LAPT Peru at the Atlantic City Casino from July 10th to 14th, while Uruguayan poker enthusiasts will be served from September 18 to 22 with the LAPT Uruguay at the Conrad Resort & Casino (Punta del Este). The LAPT Season 8 will close in São Paulo with the LAPT Brazil - Grand Final at the BSOP Millions. While the entry-fee is already set at $ 10,000, the kick-off date of this poker tournament (scheduled from November 24) may change according to the organizers.
