12 survivors remained in the race - Master Classics of Poker 2014 Main Event
Amsterdams Holland Casino has recently been abuzz with the holding of the Master Classic of Poker. Joining Holland Casinos poker room are 285 players, each one of whom paid the 4,250 of entry-fee for the MCOP 2014 Main Event. After three days of battle, only 12 players are left heading to the final table. Actually, 36 players entered Day 3 with Clyde Tjauw Foe as a chip leader. Clyde Tjauw Foe maintained the lead to finish on the top of the chip counts at the end of the day. Armed with a nice stack of 1,693,000 chips, Clyde Tjauw Foe leads the 12 survivors heading to the final. He is closely followed by three other title contenders with over 1 million of chips, namely Andrew Chen (1,677,000), David Boyaciyan (1,564,000) and Jussi Nevanlinna (1,048,000).
Germanys No.1 poker legend Ole Schemion, for his part, will enter the final with a fairly good stack of 716,000 chips. As for the other runners, each has less than 500,000 chips: Steven van Zadelhoff (475,000), Ruben Visser (396,000), Stuart Rutter (363,000), Hrazem Aanquich (320,000), Noah Boeken (260,000), Robbie Hendriks (231,000) and David Yan (186,000). Reigning MCOP Champ Noah Boeken secures 10th place of the leader board heading to Day 4. This time, he will have to fight hard in order to satisfy his title repeats wish. David Boyaciyan and Ole Schemion, both a former MCOP title winner, are among the men to watch in this poker tournament. Recall that the first of the 12 finalists who will have hit the rail will walk away with at least 15,341 of cash whereas the top-finisher will take home 306,821of prize.
