EPT Deauville: EPT to serve Frances poker enthusiasts from January 27, 2015
The European Poker Tour remains the most famed poker tournament in Europe. For its Season 11, the EPT will be serving Frances poker fans with a stop at Deauville from January 27 to February 7, 2015. The EPT Deauville promises to be an exceptional poker festival in France since it will include another stage of the France Poker Series (FPS). Run over 10 days in the poker room of Casino Barrière Deauville, the organizers expect a record-breaking attendance. Recall that the 2015 EPT Deauville is the only stage of the EPT Season 11 in France; to top it all, it will kick-off the 2015 edition of the EPT festival, all stops of which promise to be packed by exciting live poker tournaments.
The 2015 EPT Deauville is featuring four events, namely the 1,100 buy-in FPS Main Event (January 28thFebruary1st), 2,200 buy-in FPS High Roller (January 31st - February 1st), the 5,300 buy-in EPT Main Event (February 1st 7th) and the 10,300 buy-in EPT High Roller (February 5 to 8). Apart from these four major events, the European Poker Tour and France Poker Series organize 40 other events ranging from 75 to 2,150 of entry-fee. As a reminder, the Main Event of the France Poker Series Deauville held in January seduced 1,095 participants, among whom Dutchman Niels Van Leeuwen emerged victorious and claimed the title. As for the Main Event of the EPT, the top prize went to Greeces Sotirios Koutoupas after he bested a 671-player field.
