The last leg of Season III in Vienna from November 19 to 23 - Mega Poker Series
The two previous editions of the Mega Poker Series have been a stunning success; and it comes as no surprise if the circuit continues its glorious path this year. The MPS has always fascinated poker enthusiasts in Europe in recent years. After Spain and Bulgaria, the circuit will land on Vienna to run the last leg of Season III from November 19 to 23. Called MPS Vienna (Poker Royale), the festival will take place at the Poker Royale Card Casino and will obviously include local poker tournaments run by Casinos Concord and Masters Poker Royale. Actually, Mega Poker Series Vienna features 10 events including satellites. The Austrian poker festivity will begin with the MPS and will be concluded by the CCC Million, a 550 buy-in Freezeout event guaranteeing a prize pool of 1 million.
As usual, the Main Event remains the most-anticipated race in the Mega Poker Series. Other events on the menu are side events including the 215 buy-in MPS Bounty ( 50 Bounty). Interestingly, the Main is accessible via satellite-event qualification or directly via the assigned buy-in of 770. Every participant will be given a starting stack of 77,000 chips to play to two different levels of blind that will increase every 60 minutes of play on Day 1, and every 77 minutes on Day 2. The other alternatives include poker events such as the 220 buy-in Poker Royale Masters and the 550 buy-in CCC Million. A number of satellite events are also organized to enable players to qualify for these battles at a low entry-fee.
