Daniel Colman leads the year 2014-to-date Top 10 money earners
Live poker circuit has seen many millionaires emerged in recent years. For this year 2014, 10 players amass over $ 3 million of cashes, the first of whom possesses more than $ 21 million of earnings. Thanks to his victory in the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open-Super High Roller event, Jacob Schindler, is ranked tenth with $ 2,968,418. Dan Smith, the No.1 ranked poker player on the Global Poker Index standings secures 9th place with a gain of $ 3,186,314, over $ 2 million of which is won in the Super High Roller event at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. With $ 3,349,135, Isaac Haxton occupies the 8th place. Finishing second place in the Challenge event at Aussie Millions in Melbourne, he added more than $ 2.5 million to his record. Online poker pro Doug Polk garners $ 3,582,815 to secure 7th place. The majority of his earnings is cashed this season, including his first-place prize in the $ 100,000 buy-in event at the Bellagio, Las Vegas.
GPI # 346 Phil Ivey is ranked 6th with $ 3,787,707. Included in his overall earnings is his $ 3,582,753 first-place prize in the $ 250,000 Challenge event at the Aussie Millions, Melbourne. The first player to cash a seven-figure score this year, Scott Seiver, earned $ 1.6 million in the Big One for One Drop at the WSOP this summer and eventually jumps to 5th place with $ 4,092,553. Mike Mcdonald is listed 4th on the list with $ 4,391,951 thanks to his seven-figure scores he won at the PCA and Aussie Millions. Christoph Vogelsang finds himself listed third on the standings with $ 4,530,775. Both the No.2 and No.1players have accomplished some impressive wins this season; Daniel Negreanu has collected more than $ 10 million whilst Daniel Colman earned the double of Negreanus earnings. Daniel Negreanu is listed second with $ 10,247,171whereas Daniel Colman ranks atop the standings with $ 21,058,153.
