The European Poker Tour celebrates its 100th event in Barcelona - EPT Barcelona
The European Poker Tour celebrates its 100th event this summer in the place where it all began, Barcelona. Barcelona has always been an important stop in the 10 seasons of the EPT. To honor the 100th event of the European Poker Tour in style, the organizers opted for a truly big show. Actually various poker events and loads of activities are planned during the EPT Barcelona in which all poker enthusiasts are invited to participate. 48 tournaments will be held from August 16 to 27 with buy-ins ranging from 120 to 50,000. As usual, the European Poker Tour will be associated with the Estrellas Poker Tour (a local series run by PokerStars). The Estrellas Main Event will be available for a buy-in of 1,000 + 100. To participate in the EPT Main Event play, participants will also have to pay a buy-in of 5,000 + 300. Moreover, many satellite tournaments will be held at Gran Casino Barcelona, allowing players to qualify for the Estrellas Poker Tour and European Poker Tour main events.
The EPT Barcelona poker tournament will also give its participants and visitors the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of free activities. Included in the free activities are jet ski rides, fun tours around the beautiful Catalonian city (with GoCars), bike rides, competitions on Instagram and an evening ceremony hosted by DJ Roger Sanchez ... Apart from your tournament earnings, many prizes are to be won including Skullcandy headphones, iPad Mini and limited edition goodies.
