Isaac Chapí leads the 13 Day 2s survivors in chip counts - WPT National Valencia
After the World Series of Poker, it is time for national poker championships. The World Poker Tour National Valencia is among them. It now reaches the final day of its Main Event in the poker room of Valencia Casino. Isaac Chapí is ahead of the 13 survivors of Day 2 with a stack of 990,000 chips in front of José Vicente Besalduch (823,000), Antonio Lazo (680,000) and Antoni Ros (542,000). Some great players also secure comfortable seats in this World Poker Tour Valencias Main Event with more than 200,000 chips. They are: Miguel Ángel García (423,000), Juan Mecho (373,000) Álex Kalfa (364,000), Antonio Moreno (270,000) and Marco Della Tomasina (260,000). Among the 13 qualified players battling this day, Toni Dieguez (199,000) Kuljinder Sidhu (155,000), Georgi Kostalevski (138,000) and Alberto Ortiz (109,000) are well placed too.
92 poker players entered the Day 2 flight, but only those 13 players survived to run for the title. 21 of them secured paid places in the Main Event of this WPT National Valencia. Eliminated players in the ITM Day 2 left the room with a minimum prize of 1,015: David García ( 1,050), Emilio González ( 1,050), José Giunta ( 1,050), Óscar García ( 1,150), Farman Khalig ( 1,150), Salvador Mosteiro ( 1,150), Artem Chindin ( 1,300) and Jaime Uso ( 1,300). Indeed, the first will-be eliminated player on Day 3 will leave the tournament with 1,300 of cash whereas the winner will earn 21,000 against 14,600 for the runner-up. The 8 finalists of the Main Events will be known at the end of Day 3 battle.
