Argentina beat the Netherlands and will meet Germany in the finals clash
After a very tight semifinal against the Netherlands, which ended up with the fateful shout-out, Argentina eventually emerged victorious to join Germany in the ultimate clash of the World Cup 2014. Previously, football enthusiasts along with gamblers who wagered on the Brazil Vs Germany game on Tuesday via online betting sites had seen a real humiliation show. Germany literally devastated the whole Seleçao at their own party with a 7-1 scoreline. As for the Germany Vs the Netherlands game, it was less intense than the first semis game but both teams have held the public breathless especially during penalty session. The Albiceleste won over the Netherlands Oranje 4-2. Indeed, Holland held Argentina in a scoreless draw during 120 minutes of play. Both teams had some goal opportunities in the regular time but their respective defense was hard enough to crush. After all, both teams are considered among the most formidable squads in this competition.
Until the end of extra-time, the match was excitingly close that the shout-out session was inevitable. That was the highly anticipated moment by supporters and sports betting fans. The Netherlands began with Ron Vlaar but the latter missed his shot while Argentian captain Lionel Messi, Ezequiel Garay and Sergio Aguero have successfully scored their own. Then Wesley Sneijder shot came up next but was blocked by Argentian goalkeeper Sergio Romero. Both Argentina Sergio Aguero and Maxi Rodriguez shots were a success. Meanwhile Oranjes Dirk Kuyt converted his penalty to them but La Albiceleste was up 4-2. This coming Sunday July 13 at Maracana, Argentina is meeting Germany for the third time in World Cup history after 1986 and 1990.
