Hilal Merabet emerges victorious in the Main Event - BPT Toulouse
The season 2014 of the Barrière Poker Tour Deepstacks curtain fell following the launching of the penultimate stage in Casino-Théâtre-Toulouse. The Toulousain stage of the BPT Deepstack was a great success; it attracted 404 participants, all of them had paid 570 of buy-in for the Main Event. Last year, 132 players took part in the event during the passage of the poker circuit in Toulouse. Hilal Merabet won the Main Event for 36,000 by beating Yann Le Bellec in the heads-up. The runner-up in this poker tournament received a prize of 22,000 for his second-place. Jose Manuel Lavoura finished third for 15,000; he is followed by Pascal Jonin ( 10,350), Romain Chauvassagne ( 8,040), Henri Dupont ( 6,640), Alain Charpentier ( 5,500), François Munoz (4750 ), Sabare Atmani ( 4,015) and Maxime Broutier ( 3,415). They made up the Top 10 players of the event. This is Merabets biggest win after his fourth place one year ago in Lloret del Mars Deepstack Open.
As for the 1,000 Masters tournament, it was won by Henri Le Bellec. He collected 15,665 of win while François Moryousef (second) and François Creignou (third) respectively pocketed 9,820 and 6,480. As far the other side events are concerned, Pierre Sin is the lucky winner of the 340 KO Bounty for a prize of 3,780 while Jean-François Wai Choon secures runner-up ( 2,370), and Eric Cabrol ( 1,560) in the third place. The 150 Turbo has Toufik Zacharie as winner for 2,130 of cash. Jerome Maillot ( 1,335) and Patrick Chahmirian (880 ) complete the other places of the podium.
