BPT Deauville: Mohamed Aissani won 48,000!
The Barrière Poker Tour Deauville ended Sunday with a victory of Mohamed AIssaini. 443 players participated in the Main Event, but the number of registered poker players increased up to 558 with 115 re-entry. A minimum gain of 1,180 and 71 cashes were guaranteed in this event. The bubble was reached very quickly on the Day 3. The fact is that only 92 players out of 246 ones who competed on Day 2 were able to secure their places in this former Hall of Ambassadors, now transformed into a poker room. Jean Christian Lucas was the bubble boy of the ITM. He did not leave the room empty-handed though. The Casino of Barrière Deauville offered him two nights stay at Le Normandy Hotel. As for Nabil Ben Yessef, he was the first player to leave the table with 1,180. And the game continued until the formation of the final table was set, but with 14 players.
It was interrupted by a dinner break. Then a series of elimination came afterwards. Indeed, the elimination of Arthur Delamare had helped define the nine players at the final table: Laurent Hadot (4,665,000) Bouali Saiam (4,435,000), Mohamed Aissani (4,225,000), Brian Benhamou (3,925,000) Corentin Ropert (3,575,000) Nicolas Villemin (3,105,000), Daniel Alphaphilippe (1,970,000) Gabi Habchi (1,150,000) and Florian Collard (850,000) .
The first level of the final table Sunday saw Alaphilippe Daniels elimination ( 5,060 of gain). Then he was joined shorty afterwardsby Florian Collard ( 6,000), Gabi Habchi ( 7,080) and Bouali Saiah ( 8,530) . Brian Benhamou fell to third place ( 19,300) just after the eliminations of Nicolas Villemin (4th, 13,350) and Corentin Ropert (5th, 10,380). Mohamed Aissani thus won the Main Event with a prize of 48,000 after a heads-up against Laurent Hadot (28,000).
