Skycity 2014 New Zealand Poker Open: To be held on May 29 to June 2nd!
The New Zealand Poker Open 2014 (NZPO) gives appointment to poker fans from May 29 to June 2. The great poker event will be held in the poker room of Skycity Aucklands. Various interesting programs will be displayed there. The Main Event of NZ $ 770 buy-in will begin on May 31 in a limited field of 180 participants. The famous draft format will be effective during this event. Thus, those who will be knocked out on Day1A can retry their chance on Day 1B.With the lowered buy-in and this attractive structure, the organizers of this poker tournament expect a huge success this year. In addition, online qualifying satellites are offered until May 31. Last year, as a reminder, the NZPO gathered 105 poker players. Carl Knox was the big winner of the title with a prize pool of NZ $ 44,390.
Five side events are also on the program during the NZPO 2014. Firstly, it is about an inaugural event including No limit Texas Holdem of $220 starting from May 29 at around 7:00 pm.
