Big Roger: A poker room pays tribute to him in Madagascar
After inaugurating the first international-scale poker tournament in Madagascar about three years ago, Roger Hairabedian, the player number 1of the ranking LivePoker during 4 editions has just got a great praise in his favor. In fact, a local casino of this country of the Indian Ocean, the Casino du Grand Cercle de Tananarive, will attribute the name of Terminator to its gaming room, which is going to become the "BigRoger's Poker Room". To inaugurate it, the casino will prepare series of cash game during a week: from March 16th to 23th to be precise. And of course, Roger himself wont miss this party, in order to confront once more to local players, as he has already done in other tournaments in the country, following the example of the Lemurian Poker Tour.
In the program of this busy week off the coasts of Africa, the BigRoger's Poker Room proposes from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily cash games. For the 3 best players during this week, 10% of the rake deducted from these tables will be attributed to them. And to simplify the stay of players who will make the travel, complete accommodation packages, including room, shuttle transfer, meals... are proposed for them for 360 and 720. Even if Madagascar isnt a great poker destination yet, local operators seem to believe in it. In fact, Marrakesh has succeeded indeed this conversion! This year, another important poker tournament is planned to take place in Madagascar but this time, on the island of Nosy Be, in September 2014: the Mascareignes Poker Tour.
