EPT London: David Yan takes the lead one day before the final table
On Thursday, the 45 players, survivors of the Main Event of the European Poker Tour of London, were back in the poker room of the Hippodrome Casino for the Day 4. The day started with the elimination of Sebastian Blom, Timothy Adams, Kitty Kuo, Daniel Weinman, Paul Berende and David "Devilfish" Ulliott. Other players such as Carla Sabini, Shannon Shorr, Salman Behbehani, Steven Watts, Andy Moseley Thomas Muhlocker as well as Candido Goncalves also were eliminated. And at the end of the day, only 16 players could have access to the Day 5, the penultimate day of this London step of the EPT Season 10.
David Yan is the new chipleader of this day with a stack of 2.313 million chips. At the second place of the chipcount, we find again Robin Ylitalo with 2.146 million chips, followed by Martin Kozlov (1,664,000), Georgios Karakousis (1,615,000), and Stefan Vagner (1,558,000) to conclude the Top 5. Other players occupy also a comfortable place with more than 900,000 chips; namely Ludovic Geilich (1,447,000), Javier Etayo (1,391,000), Jan Olav Sjavik (1,166,000) as well as Jeff Rossiter (977,000). The two last poker tables of the EPT London will also receive Tudor Purice, Leo McClean, Kuljinder Sidhu, Kent Roed, Neophytos Neophytou, Nicolau Villa-Lobos and Senh Ung. The Day 5 is going to be played until the final table is defined; the first eliminated of the day will receive £25,780. During this final table with eight players, a minimum gain of £60,640 is guaranteed for these last survivors of this poker tournament, while the winner will pocket £560,980.
