Aussie Millions: The program of the 17th edition revealed
The organizers of the Australian poker championship, known under the noun Aussie Millions, have revealed the program of the next edition of the circuit for 2014. This great appointment of enthusiasts of poker in the southern hemisphere will take place as usually, at Crown Casino of Melbourne, in Australia. The Aussie Millions 2014 will include 20 events which will be held from January 23rd to February 10th, 2014. Players can participate in each event, for a buy-in between $1,100 and $250,000. This Australian poker event will start with the No-Limit Hold'em AU$1,100, but the key point of this poker tournament remains the Aussie Millions Main Event. This event will be accessible for $10,000 and will extend over 7 days. In last February, the event was won by Mervin Chan, on a field of 629 players. He pocketed AU$1,600,000, after he played the final table alongside renowned players such as Dan Shak, Jay Tan, David Yan and Patrik Antonius.
Over very popular events of the Aussie Millions are always in the program, following the example of the No-Limit Hold'em Accumulator at $1,100, or the High Roller tournaments: AU$25,000 Challenge, AU$100,000 Challenge and AU$250,000 Challenge. Among the others events of this 17th edition of the Aussie Millions, we find again the Pot-Limit Omaha, the NLH Shootout, the NLH Six Max, the NLH Bounty, the NLH Terminator, the Mervin Chan Classic, the Shot Clock NLH Six Max or the Australia Poker Hall of Fame Classic.
