WaSOP 2013: A Belgian poker festival from this July 27th
The casino of Namur is a very famous gaming institution, for the numerous major tournaments that it has already hosted. This summer, this prestigious casino of the capital of Wallonia will receive the fourth edition of the Wallonie Series Of Poker or WaSOP, a yearly highly expected poker event, by amateurs in Belgium. This Belgian poker festival will be held from July 27th to August 4th and will include 7 events, among which 3 major No Limit Hold'em tournaments, namely the WaSOP Super Side Event at 330, the traditional High Roller at 1,100 and the Main Event at 550 of buy-in.
The Super Side Event will open the festival by this Saturday July 27th. This poker tournament is limited to 500 players and is based on a deepstack structure, with a departure stack of 30,000 chips, on levels of 60 minutes. The High-Roller will last over two days, in which 100 players are invited to join the poker room of the Casino of Namur. The key point of the WaSOP 2013 remains the Main Event, which will last over 4 days, from August 1st to 4th. The event is limited to 500 players and each player will receive 50,000 starting chips, against a buy-in of 550 for game levels of 60 minutes. Apart from these three events and the satellite tournaments for the High Roller and the Main Event, other Side Events are also in the program: NLH- Bounty at 165, NLH- Turbo at 110, NLH at 165 and another NLH at 220 of buy-in.
