Poker Open: JOA repeats the poker tournament of Canet
Inaugurated in the beginning of May 2013, the Poker Open of Canet met a real success near amateurs of poker. Face to the success of this new circuit in the South East of France, the casino JOA decided to repeat the event for August. The Casino JOA of Canet, in Roussillon, will propose again a 100% poker weekend, with a deepstack tournament, offering more game depth. The event is accessible for a buy-in of 300 and players will receive a starting stack of 30,000 chips on levels of 30 minutes. A prizepool of more than 13,000 will be shared between the players who will end in the paid places. This poker tournament will start in Saturday afternoon and will end by the final of Sunday. The Poker Open will be held in an exceptional framework for its final table which will take place in the open air on the « Place de la Méditerranée » in Canet, in Roussillon.
To qualify for the Poker Open, satellite tournaments will be organized there but also in the poker room of JOA's casinos in Boulou and Ax-les-Thermes, in next July 21st, 26th and 28th. Amateurs of poker of the region will be able to register to these qualifying tournaments for only 50. The Poker Open of Canet is an excellent opportunity to discover the Pyrénées-Orientales and the seaside resorts of the Mediterranean, during a weekend. In order to guarantee a 100% poker weekend, tables of cash-game remain accessible to visitors who didn't have chance to participate in this 2nd edition of the Poker Open.
