Poker Players Championship: Eight players for the final table
After the Day 4, which gathered the 26 survivors of the Poker Players Championship, eight players survived till the final table. Nine players were eliminated without being awarded in the poker room of Rio, given the fact that the event guaranteed 16 paid places, for a minimum gain of $ 55,947. Eliminated in the ITM, players such as Gary Benson, Joe Cassidy, Troy Burkholder, Kevin Song, Tommy Hang, Bryn Kenney, Huck Seed, Michael Glick and Mike Gorodinsky left the Amazon Room of the Rio casino, with a gain between $ 55,947 and $173,796. The elimination of Mike Gorodinsky allowed constituting the final table, composed of 8 players, following the example of Jonathan Duhamel, David Benyamine, Mike Wattel, Matthew Ashton, George Danzer, John Hennigan, Don Nguyen and Minh Ly.
