France Poker Series: Ibrahim El Feliani stands out in Amnéville
The second stage of the France Poker Series ended with the victory of Ibrahim El Feliani. This second stage of the Season 3 took place at the Seven Casino of Amnéville and was marked by the participation of 471 players for its Main Event. This field generated a prizepool of 400,420 that was shared between the 50 best players of this tournament. Many renowned players in France have taken part in this event of 1,100 buy-in, like Arnaud Mattern, Adrien Allain, Celine Bastian, Valentin Messina and Ronan Monfort. After three days of competition, the final table of the Main Event was played between eight players: Mokrane Boukedim, Dennis Frankenberger, Moussa Dahman, Ibrahim El Feliani, Rémi Grandemange, José Besalduch, Quentin Lecomte and Nicolas Feyssat.
After a 5th place at the Unibet Open Paris in May 2012, Quentin « 2balla2lose » Lecomte continues his ascent as well at online poker as in live and this time, he won the 5th place at the FPS Amnéville. Its a great performance which was rewarded with 21,000. His elimination was preceded by those of José Baselduch (8th, 10,500), Mokrane Boukedim (7th, 13,500) and Dennis Frankenberger (6th, 17,000). Rémi Grandemange was eliminated at the 4th place ( 27,500), followed some hands later by Moussa Dahman ( 37,500). Dominated by Ibrahim El Feliani during the heads-up, Nicolas Feyssat fails at the second place, and settles with 60,000, as promised to the runner-up. For his crushing victory in Amnéville, El Feliani pocketed a check of 92,000. After its summer break, the France Poker Series will come back with a step in Cannes, from September 24th to 29th.
