DSO Tangier: Shuffle and deal at Tangier Casino
Announced several months ago, the poker tournament Deepstack Open (DSO) Tangier began in May 9 at the Casino of Tangier, in Maroc. For this sunny destination, Spanish and French players are expected, especially as the program seems to be particularly attractive. The Main Event of 550 of buy-in has already started and during the first day of competition, the field raised up to 43 participants. Competitors were entitled to 30,000 starting chips for rounds of 40 minutes and at the end of the day, there were only 23 players left among whom were Brian Benhamou, Florent Marques and Pierre De Almeida. They will resume the game in the poker room this Saturday with the survivors of the Day 1B which started this Friday May 10. Note that a prizepool of 30,000 is guaranteed for the best players of the tournament.
Besides the main tournament, two side event tournaments are also in the program during the four days of competition. The Big Event of 1,000 buy-in will start this Saturday May 11 at 6:00 pm. The other side event available for 200 will take place on Sunday May 12 at 3:00 pm at the same time as the final battle of the Main Event. The DSO Tangier has also satellites tournaments for the event International Stadiums Poker Tour (ISPT). Besides, it is important to mention that the champion of this Moroccan stage will go back with 3,000 for the second day of the ISPT Wembley competition apart from the big part of the prizepool.
