WPT Barcelona: Chanracy Khan, chip leader at the final table

249 players took the start of the Main Event of the World Poker Tour Barcelona. At the beginning of the Day 4, they were still 13 to claim for the WPT bracelet, the $ 258,448 gain and the final package for the Bellagio worth $ 25,000. But at the end of the day, it remained only 6 players for the final table with Chanracy Khan as chip leader. Chanracy Khan has 2,393,000 chips at the end of the day while the French Benjamin Pollak is right behind with a stack of 1,899,000 chips. Chanracy Khan is on the right way for his first live poker tournament victory after his 148th place during the WSOP 2012. He won $ 52,718 during this tournament and he plans to do better this year by winning the $ 258,448 for the first player. At the 3rd place of the chip count at the start of the final table, there is Tahiri Hassani (1,636,000), Bruno Garcia Cortelo (722,000), Sergio Fernandez (548,000) and Antonio Alfaia (273,000). Players eliminated from the final table will walk away with a minimum gain of $ 48,000.

David Konstandoff began the day in the third position of the chip count but failed to hold on until the end of the day. It is the same for Alvaro Ballesteros, Anaras Alekberovas, Nikola Ivancic and the short stack Erich Kollmann. Unlike Benjamin Pollak who will start the final table with the second biggest stack, Paul Testud failed at the 8th place against the Moroccan Tahiri Hassani. The French still left the table with a gain of € 24,000.
