Mediterranean Poker Tour: The second edition for May 19 to 26
The second edition of the Mediterranean Poker Tour (MPT) is scheduled to take place from May 19 to 26, 2013. This is a poker cruise organized by Poker Cruise and MSC Cruises and has already conquered many poker enthusiasts. Indeed, its first edition was held from November 7 to 11, 2012 and recorded an unprecedented success. Participants had the privilege to attend three tournaments and many sit & go. For this edition 2013, the adventure promises to be even more interesting. MSC Splendida passengers will explore the most beautiful Mediterranean coast for eight days. The ship will stop in Valencia, Barcelona, Tunis, Rome and Genoa. During the trip, they will also play poker.
Four tournaments will be in the program during the MPT 2013 with a main event that will take place during four days, a side event over three days and two shootout tournaments. The field of each event will be limited to 140 participants. Regarding earnings, a jackpot of 8,000 will be distributed to the top finishers in the form of poker packages and relaxing stay. Whoever succeed Pascal Carron, the champion of the first edition will be entitled to a package of 2,000. The winner of the event will be for his part rewarded with a cruise for two people. As the winners of the shootout tournaments, a relaxing weekend for two in a beautiful place located in Aix-en-Provence is also to win. Boarding will take place in Marseille.
