World Poker Tour Bay 101 : Many stars to shoot at will!
A few days after the LA Poker Classic, the World Poker Tour is back with the Bay 101 Shooting Star which will certainly attract, as each year, a large attendance. Indeed, the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star stands by its bounty format which aims at eliminating Stars of the tour who are professionals who participate in the event. The Shooting Star Championship will begin at Bay 101 Casino on Tuesday, March 5 for a final table scheduled for Saturday, March 9. The event is available for a buy-in of $ 7,500 and for each eliminated player who had a bounty on his head, a premium of $ 2,500 is reserved for the shooter. The Shooting Star is a very popular concept with fans given that over the event, there will be fewer stars on the tables. Last year, Kim Moon won the Bay 101 Shooting Star final table with only amateur players and during which he earned a gain of $ 960,900.
The Day 1 of this poker tournament will have two starting days and we can expect the presence of some pro players like Antonio Esfandiari, Erik Seidel, Daniel Negreanu, Jonathan Duhamel, Dan Smith, Michael Mizrachi and David "Doc" Sands at the start of the Day 1A. Players like Chris Moorman, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier, Joseph Cheong, Allen Cunningham and Barry Greenstein are expected during the Day 1B. The final table is scheduled on next Saturday with the six survivors of the tournament.
