WSOPC Caesars Palace: The trophy awarded to the amateur player David Tuthill
The champion of the World Series of Poker Circuit Caesars Palace 2013 (WSOPC) was crowned last Monday, February 18. This is David Tuthill, an amateur from Florida. He emerged victorious in front of a field of 743 participants including professional poker players at this $ 1,676 buy-in tournament. His performance let him receive a reward in the amount of $ 223,197. He also won the opportunity to the famous gold ring and a place for the WSOPC National Championship to be held in New Orleans. Note that when the final day began, all eyes were riveted on the chip leader Jeff Fielder. The latter already has a WSOPC title that he won a month ago at the stage of Choctaw.
After the elimination of Dicario Salvatore, Steve Goldberg and Ping Liu, Fielder began to lose most of his chips. His hopes of winning a WSOPC trophy then disappeared gradually. He finally ended the tournament at the 6 th place. Brian Kay, Fabio Coppola and Zarman Bradley followed a short time later, leaving A.P Phahurat and Tuthill playing the final duel. Poker player with talent, Tuthill was the best after the head's up. Note that this is his best titles after his fourth place in the no-limit hold'em tournament of the WSOP 2010. After this stage in Las Vegas, the WSOPC will stop in Florida in Palm Beach Kennel Club.
