ISPT Wembley: The program modified and the buy-in lowered
The idea of Prosper Masquelier and Laurent Tapie to offer a giant poker tournament of 20 million guaranteed prizepool and that should meet at Wembley Stadium 30,000 players with their respective tablets finally registered a small change. The International Stadiums Poker Tour (ISPT), the event that attracted the curiosity of poker enthusiasts will still happen but in a lesser size. For reasons that only the organizers know, the meeting will be held in another scale. Officially, the online tournament that should be played on the stadium is finally canceled. Players will play from home on the online poker rooms partner of the event which are Mypok.fr and Partouche.fr for French participants, Poker770 for players in Spain and Netbet.it for Italians. Qualifications will begin on February 3rd and will end on May 16, 2013.
The buy-in was also reduced by half, it will be finally 300. As for the structure, competitors will receive 5000 starting chips for game levels of 15 minutes during the first 6 online qualifying days. According to the latest information, 10% of the online field phase will get their place for the Day 2 in live, which will take place as planned at Wembley Stadium. They will start the game with their stack at the end of the first day of competition. It should also be noted that the direct registration for the second day having an entry fee of 3,000 is still valid. Registered players will begin the game with 50,000 starting chips for rounds of 60 minutes.
