PCA High Roller: A very good beginning of year for Scott Seiver
The travel in the Bahamas of this new year of Scott Seiver was a very good thing for this American player of 27 years. This trip allowed him to pocket a little over $ 2 million. 2013 began with a great feat for Scott Seiver. This player has just won the award for the $ 100,000 buy-in High Roller of the Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure (PCA). Besides the great merit to add this prestigious title to his name, this victory earned him a reward of $ 2,003,480. 47 players registered for the tournament, which began last Sunday and that gathered at the poker room of Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas the biggest names in poker.
At the beginning of the final day, the public's eyes were however glued to David Sands, who was positioned with a big advantage in chips in the place of the chip lead. But his big starting stack was not an obstacle to lead Seiver to victory after their final duel. Sands settled with the runner-up spot, still rewarded with $ 1,259,320. Seiver pocketed thus the biggest win of his career even though it was not his first feat. The young native of New York has indeed several victories in various other tournaments like the WPT Championship in 2011 which earned him a bonus of $ 1.6 million. He also has a gbracelet obtained during the edition 2008. And about to the other finalists of the PCA, Nick Schulman was in the third place and won $ 744,140. Cary Katz, Philipp Gruissem, Greg Jensen, Vladimir Troyanovsky and Dan Shak followed theme in the 4 th to the 8th place.
