And one more vote for "clock" in poker tournament!
Doyle Brunson, the second heavyweight in the poker world alongside Daniel Negreanu, had just chosen the same side as the Canadian about the proposal of a mandatory"clock" during poker tournaments, including televised tournaments. The thinking time given to each player seems too long for the veteran of poker, he even considers it as unlimited. Will the idea proposed by Daniel Negreanu on last October on tweeter be considered? Indeed, Doyle Brunson requested finally a watch against the slowness of some opponents in their decision to let him timing the attitude of each player. Thus, he tacitly accepts the regulation of time to act and to shorten, probably because of his impatience.
But this is not the only reason. Doyle Brunson, the new supporter of the idea of the "clock" in poker tournament, who already experienced other tournament at Lake Tahoe, argued that poker is more funny when the time for reflection is limited to only a few seconds. One minute is too long. The existence of watches during poker tournaments would thus boost the act of each participant and at the same time to make the competition more enjoyable to follow for viewers.
