WPT Copenhagen: Triumph of Emil Olsson
A few days ago, Emil Olsson was just a poker enthusiast. Currently, he is one great player as he won the prestigious title of the World Poker Tour Copenhagen (WPT). Chipleader at the start of the final table, the young Swede had nevertheless his share of suffering before acceding in the top of the ranking in the poker room of Casino Copenhagen. Indeed, while there were only four players competing, Philip Jacobsen took the status of leader from Olsson. However, the Dane proved till the beginning of the final table that he is the favorite of the party. For example, he contributed to the elimination of Jan Djerberg at the 6 th position. He was followed by Robin Ylitalo.
After the ousting of Stanislav Barshak in the fourth place, Olsson had his ups and downs. Indeed, at some time, he was closer to the leader, but later he was again near the elimination. But luck and skill have been a major help for him. Thus, he finally reached the final head's up. Jacobsen had bad luck and bowed in the third place with a $ 93,080 bonus. With an opponent with low stack as Morten Klein, Olsson managed to take the victory and pocketed for this feat a reward amounting $ 229,938. After this successful stage in the Danish capital, the WPT will wait again its fans in Canada from November 23 to 27.
