FPS Paris 2012: Junior Aderonmu, chipleader of the Day 1A

The France Poker Series Paris 2012 began on Monday with the first day which was attended by 82 players. This field generated a provisional prizepool of € 75,440 which will be added to that of the Day 1B, a day that should bring more participation. After nine levels of 45 minutes, half of the field already left the Cercle Cadet and they are only 47 players who were qualified for the Day 2. At the end of the day, Junior Aderonmu occupies the first place in the chip count with 126,500 chips but players like Florian Collard (105,200), Jérémy Dubois (104,200) or Tigrine Sofiane (100,900) are behind with stacks exceeding 100,000 chips.

Among the survivors of the day who will be at the Day 2 of this poker tournament, there is among others Youcef Zalagh, Sacha Israel, Elvyre Auday, Xavier Sitruk, Slimane Mameche, Giuseppe Zarbo, Irene Berenbaum, Lionel Rozenberg... Many followers of the FPS and regulars of Cercle Cadet had less luck on Day 1A of the Main Event: Ronan Le Roux, Jean-Marc Achiary, Jeffrey Barron, Loïc Berthelot, Hafid Ait Oufella, Sébastien Buonomo, Tarek Bouchama and Jean-Louis Santoni. The day also was marked by the participation of Fabrice Gouget, a fan of the FPS and 2nd in the FPS Season II ranking with 153.9 points, who had no chance against Brian Benhamou. "Poloris" took all of his stack in two hands. Note that Jeremie Sarda is leading the standings with 160 points.
