IveyPoker.com: The site to learn poker with Phil Ivey
For some time, the rumor concerning the creation of a new online poker site that belongs to Phil Ivey circulates. On October 29, the star of poker explained in an interview he gave to ESPN that IveyPoker. com is nothing other than a coaching site. Ivey expressed his desire to share his knowledge to the public and poker enthusiasts and to teach them how to play the game correctly. The site will be accessible to all and free of charge. Phil Ivey relies on the help of his friends Greg Merson, Patrick Antonius and Jennifer Harman to develop educational programs to make it available to the public on the site.
Also according to the American poker star, IveyPoker.com will include instructional videos in which he and his team will answer questions that plague poker beginners and will also deliver the basis for learning this game. Apprentices will therefore control through training the methods to adopt when playing in live tournaments. The videos are free to download. Players can also put into practice the knowledge they gained by participating in parties offered by the site. Note that this is just a game, and no entry fee or subscription right is imposed. Private lessons offered by Phil Ivey will be also available. He also announced during the same interview that he is always willing to work with other players who want to share their know-how and the skills required to perform in the role of coach.
