Western Classic Poker Championship 2012: Starting of the main event this Wednesday, Oct. 17
The former Burswood casino, Crown Perth welcomed since October 13 a large poker festival. This is the Western Classic Poker Championship. Note that this event became an unmissable event for lovers of poker in Australia. A total of 10 events make up this edition 2012. Five of them have already unveiled their results. The Event 1, a No-Limit Hold'em of $ 250, which brought together 134 players crowned Chris Fogarty as winner. The Event 2, a Pot Limit Omaha W / Rebuys of $ 150 100 which attracted 42 participants had as champion Darren Mundy. Michael Lipari came to be the best of the 74 participants in the Event 3. Franck Muscara won the victory in the Event 4, a $ 275 buy-in NLH terminator while Dale Marsland emerged in the Event 5, a No-Limit Hold'em of $ 330 with a field of 105 participants.
The Main Event of $ 2,000 buy-in starts this Wednesday, Oct. 17. It will consist of two Day 1. A last satellite tournament qualifier for the Day 1 B will take place on Wednesday evening at the casino after 5:00 pm. The final table is scheduled to take place on October 21. Regarding other side event tournaments, they will take place from October 18. There will be among others the teams No Limit Hold'em of $ 550, the $ 150 No Limit Hold'em Ladies Event, the $ 5,000 High Stakes No Limit Hold'em and the $ 550 No Limit Hold'em Six Handed.
