Pravets Poker Masters: The 8th edition will be held from October 18 to 21
From October 18 to 21 2012, the Riu Pravets Resort, a resort located near the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, will host poker enthusiasts eager to compete for the title of the 8th edition of the Pravets Poker Masters tournament. Many tournaments will be scheduled during the event. The 1,130 main event will be held in the famous poker room Darcourt Room from October 18. It will consist of four days of competition and will feature re-entry format. Regarding the structure, players will receive 25,000 starting chips for levels of play of 45 minutes. Some poker pros as the champion of the EPT Prague 2005 Arnaud Mattern, the winner of the EPT Vienna 2005 Pascal Perrault, the reigning World Poker Tour Bucharest 2012 champion Simeon Naydenov or the champion of the Pravets Poker Masters 2012 Fabien Perrot will be present at this tournament. Note that a guaranteed prize pool of 75,000 is available in the main event. From Monday October 15, qualifying satellite tournaments with many places for the tournament are available.
Besides the main event, players who will join Riu Pravets Resort will also discover several side events such as the Knockout tournament of BGN 220, freezeout tournaments of BGN 330, BGN 220 and BGN 440 entry fee. Throughout the festival, which will begin with an opening ceremony on Wednesday, October 17, cash game tables will be available to players. Texas Hold'em No Limit and Omaha variants could be played during these days.
