ARJEL: Reimbursement of Full Tilt players before November 6

Since the acquisition of Full Tilt Poker by PokerStars, French players and those from America awaited eagerly the return of their funds that has been agreed by the two poker rooms and the Department of Justice in the United States. As a reminder, Full Tilt has been revoked its license in the United States and suddenly, player funds were frozen. In France, the process of funds recovery advance because last Monday, September 24, the French Regulatory Authority of Online Games (ARJEL) issued a statement after its agreement with PokerStars announcing players reimbursement before November 6. This information will certainly make happy many fans of online poker who has been member of Full Tilt in the past.

Members are asked to identify themselves on with their username and password. Their personal information will allow Full Tilt Poker to know the balance of their account. Once that is done, players can recover their money directly through Reel Malta Ltd (PokerStars), a platform that will allow ARJEL to monitor the progress of the refund. Please note that the refund process does not require players to join PokerStars. And to avoid the case Full Tilt during which players' funds were used for the operating budget and remuneration of shareholders, the Chairman of the ARJEL Jean-François Vilotte asked that the trust like in Great Britain should be implemented, a step that PokerStars had already established in its French and European platforms.
