Unibet Open London: Victory of Pratik Ghatghe
The third step of the Unibet Open stopped in London and was attended by 315 players during its main event of 1,650 buy-in. This event was held in the poker room of Aspers Casino and ended with the victory of Pratik Ghatghe, a young Englishman who pocketed, thanks to his performance the sum of £ 85,050 or the equivalent of 106,120. Note that several French poker professionals took part in this competition. There were among others Regis Burlot, Flavien Guenan, Lucille Cailly, Quentin Lecomte, Jean Paul Pasqualini and Nicolas Dervaux. Unfortunately, only three of them have been entitled to a place in the money list. There are Julien Theron who ended up in the 27th place and Erwan Calvez who occupies the 18 th place.
Marc Inizan reached the final table. He represented the hope of the French public during the clash for the title. But he ended up by finishing in the 6 th position. His performance was still rewarded as he pocketed a prize of £ 18,520. On the outcome of international poker stars, we can mention the paid place of Mikael Johansson (10th), Dan Murariu and Chris Bjorin. Note that Ghatge faced the Polish Tomasz Kozub in the final duel. He was entitled to the runner-up prize and received the amount of £ 60,500. Gavin Eley, Paul Valkenburg, Piotr Jaworski, Pyry Kekalainen, Dariusz Charski and Sander Heart were respectively in the 3 rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th and 9 th place.
