British Poker Awards: All honors to Sam Trickett
Since a few years, the British Poker Awards recognize the best actors in the poker world in Great Britain. This distinction is a great thing for players, gambling rooms, magazines, and other personalities of British poker. This year, the honors goes to Sam Trickett who won the majority of awards given to players. Trickett was effectively exceptional during last season and he's the Britain's player the most publicized of the moment. Assaulted shortly after his participation in the Big One for One Drop during which he pocketed $ 10,112,001, Sam Trickett travels from tournament to tournament around the world and his journey was successful because he won the PPT 2011 and was the runner up of the Super High Rollers of the Aussies Millions 2011 without forgetting his 4th place at the 5,000 PLO WSOP Europe. He is also a well known player in cash game especially in Macau, and last Thursday, he won $ 561,000 in PLO.
For his outstanding performance this year, Sam Trickett was voted Player of the Year, Best Tournament Player and Best Cash Player for the second consecutive year. Distinctions that make him the most complete British player in poker. For the other winners of the British Poker Awards, Vanessa Selbst was voted Best International Player while the title of Poker Personality of the Year returned to Liv Boeree. As for the title of Best Online Player, it returned to Chris Moorman. Note that Moorman won the title for the third consecutive year.
