APAT European Amateur Championship of Poker: Another edition this weekend
From August 24 to 27, 2012, poker enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet in the annual tournament APAT European Amateur Championship of Poker (ECOAP) to be held at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham. During the weekend of festivities, many tournaments that will satisfy the best poker players are scheduled. The ECOAP will begin on Friday, August 24 from 5:30 pm with the inaugural Team Championship tournament accessible for £ 110 buy-in. The event will take place over two days. Another tournament, the Stud Event of £ 55 will be also held the same day. This variant of poker played rarely not only in Britain but also at the international level won't certainly fail to attract many players. Note that the final of the Team Championship will be held on the sidelines of the Six-Max Championship of £ 55 buy-in to be held in the poker room on Saturday, August 25 from 3:00 pm.
The highlight of the ECOAP 2012 is the £ 110 Main event buy-in with the kickoff scheduled for Sunday, August 26 at 2:30 pm. Last year's event held at Rendezvous Casino of Brighton, attracted a large field of 124 participants and ended with the victory of Mary Sherwood. This year, organizers hope to raise about 200 players. The final table will be played on Monday, August 27. This edition 2012 of the ECOAP will be closed with the Omaha Championship accessible for an entrance fee of $ 55.
