APT Asian Series Mauritius: From August 19 to 26
A great rendezvous for lovers of live poker tournament in Asia, the Asian Poker Tour gathered during the past few years many players in the Pacific and also in the Indian Ocean. For this year, the organizers of the Asian Poker Tour have chosen a new destination in the heart of the Indian Ocean, Mauritius. Ti Vegas Casino Grand Bay will receive from August 19 to 26, 2012 a stage of the Asian Poker Tour called APT Asian Series Mauritius. This appointment of the APT out of Asia will be held during eight days and have several tournaments, but the highlight of this tour is the 900 buy-in Main Event.
The event is in all composed of 10 tournaments namely the Freezeout 1 of 110 buy-in, the Add-On for Charity of 100, the Head Hunter of 200, the High Rollers of 2,000, the Ladies of Poker of 100, the Freezeout 2 of 220, the Freezeout 3 of 330, the Freezeout 4 of 440, the 6 Handed of 400, the Main Event and the Battle of the Nations. The Main Event will begin on Wednesday, August 22 while the final table will be scheduled for the afternoon of Sunday, August 26, 2012. The Asian Series Mauritius expect a large crowd during the eight days of competition that's why 35 tables will be available at Ti Vegas. The Battle of the Nations is an invitational poker tournament that will meet teams from different nationalities for a buy-in of 3,300. After Mauritius, the Asian Poker Tour will return to Asia with stops in Manila, Cambodia and India.
