WPT Seminole Hard Rock: From September 7 to 16
While the inaugural stage of the season 11 of the World Poker Tour (WPT) which takes place in Cyprus didnt ended yet, the program of the Regional Series to be held in Tampa have been made public. The event will take place in the poker room of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa from September 7 to 16. Fifteen tournaments will be organized during the poker festival. The inaugural tournament including No Limit Hold'em Deep Stack will be available for 515 buy-in. Re-entry format will be adopted at this event with a guaranteed prize of $ 125,000. The tournament will consist of two first qualifying days. The final is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 9th from 11:00 am. Regarding the structure, competitors will begin with a starting stack of 15,000 chips and levels of play of 30 minutes.
The No Limit Hold'em Championship which is one of the highlights of the WPT Tampa will be held from September 13 to 16. With a buy-in of $ 1,500, it will spread over 4 days and a guaranteed prizepool of $ 250,000 will be offered to players. About other events, they will be accessible to a buy-in between $ 220 and $ 355 and will all feature a guaranteed prizepool of $ 10,000 to $ 25,000. Proponents of no-limit hold'em variant will be spoiled. However, a Pot Limit Omaha tournament will be in the program on Sunday, September 9. On Monday, September 10, women will be honored with the ladies tournament of $ 220 entry fee.
