Last Sunday, the 19 survivors of the poker tournament Genting Poker Series returned to Stoke Genting Casino for the last day of the Main Event in which nine players were selected to participate in the final table. Yucel Eminoglu won the Genting Poker Series Stoke and joins previous winners of the three steps of the GPS, namely Ruslan Vlasov (GPS Star City), Albert Sapiano (GPS Fox London) and Paul McTaggart (GPS Edinburgh). During the fourth stage of the Genting Poker Series, the Turkish player was the best on a field of 482 players who registered for the Main Event of £ 430 buy-in generating a prize pool of £ 192,800.

At the ninth place was Neil Ryder who pocketed anyway £ 3,300. Elimination succeeded until the two last players met on table for the head's up. Damian Hitchins (£ 5,200), Karl Mahrenholz (£ 7,700 pounds), Steve Warburton (£ 10,800), Long Pham (£ 14,250) and Rob Swindells (£ 17,950) were eliminated in the wake leaving the last head's up to Simon Deadman and Yucel Eminoglu.
