WSOP Circuit: A step in the Harrah's Cherokee in the calendar 2012-13
The organizers of the World Series of Poker Circuit had just unveiled the schedule 2012-2013 and the real novelty of this edition is the step of Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Hotel in the program. From April 4 to 15, 2013, therefore, Harrah's Cherokee will be the host of the WSOP Circuit, one of the most popular tournaments inside local players in the United States. Last season, the tour brought together 71,691 participants in its events with WSOP bracelet. With the introduction of new destinations such as North Carolina with the WSOP Circuit Events - Harrah's Cherokee, organizers hope to register more success compared to last year as stated by Ty Steward, the Executive Director of the WSOP. For Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Hotel side, leaders are enthusiastic about the choice of the WSOP for a stop within the institution. This choice is reflected in the level of work and the provision that the casino has undertaken since its inception in 1997 said its CEO, Brooks Robinson.
This season, the World Series of Poker Circuit have 20 stages taking place in the top 20 U.S. institutions. Many tournaments are planned for each stage including the Main Event of $ 1,675 buy-in. The winners of each main event will receive tickets for the Main Event at the National Championship in New Orleans from May 9 to 20, 2013. The WSOP Circuit 2012-13 will begin on August 9 until August 20 at IP Casino Resort & Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi.
